Ana will contact you shortly, usually within 24-48 hours, via email or phone to confirm the best day and time for your session.

If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of your submitted request, please check your “Junk Mail” and “Spam” folders of your email program…we have no control over that and sometimes programs “throw” them in there.

How To Schedule Your Appointment

Select the type of private session from the list below, then follow the prompts to select a date and time and then process your payment.

All sessions are by appointment only and include a FREE mp3/mp4 recording emailed to you.

Please PLAN AHEAD when booking…

Due to popular demand Ana’s schedule can book 4-12 weeks in advance, especially at certain times of the year. If your situation is an emergency, book your appointment and then you can email Ana a request to be put into earlier openings if they become available.

BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY Payment is due at the time of booking your appointments. Sessions can always be rescheduled upon request or by using the online system to re-book it yourself. Ana is very flexible with rescheduling when needed. No shows however are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Appointment reminders are automatically emailed out 24 hours in advance of your appointment.. If you wish to cancel and request a refund, all payments are 95% refundable if your written cancellation/refund request is received via email 48 hours or more prior to your appointment time.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES If you have a scheduling conflict, you can change your appointment date and time by logging into the: Online Appointment Scheduler … or by contacting… Ana Jones Online Support You can change your appointment to any other open time that fits your schedule or your session can also be transferred to someone else.

GIFT CERTIFICATES/GIFT SESSIONS Gift Certificates/Gift Sessions are good for phone, skype, or zoom sessions at a distance. They also can be used for in person sessions at Ana’s office in Sonoma, CA. They are non-refundable (even if purchased for yourself) but they are fully transferable and flexible for scheduling anytime as they do not expire
