In preparation for the journey please be somewhere where you can relax and be completely uninterrupted for the duration of this event. Be prepared to lie down and have something to cover your eyes with when you are prompted to do so. Have a pen and journal handy as well as any sacred items, candles, crystals, etc. that you want to have near you for the journey. Optional – If available to you the following stones are recommended but not required: best to hold or wear for this journey are heart opening and heart healing stones such as clear quartz, rose quartz, green aventurine, prehnite, green jade, emerald, green fluorite, etc.
FOR BEST RESULTS it is recommended that you do not eat anything heavy, nor consume any alcohol or intoxicants of any kind, nor caffeine prior to this journey.
