Seasons Greetings Dear Friends, Clients and Associates:
The holidays have arrived and an entire new year is around the corner, along with the upcoming winter solstice and its greatly anticipated return of the light. Every year it is important to remind ourselves that the word holiday literally means holy days (holi-days) and that in addition to the celebration of Christmas, this is the special time of year that dozens of religions and spiritual traditions celebrate as sacred. It is thus the perfect time to connect in some way, shape, or form with the special energies and occurrences through spiritual practices based on the universal virtues of love, compassion, kindness and generosity. One good way of doing this is, regardless of which tradition we connect to, is to remember to connect with the sacredness of this time of the year with your whole heart.
This last year the heart has been and continues to be a major theme for me in so many ways, including the exciting publication of my channeled book- Keeping The Heart Open: At All Times, In All Ways and Under All Circumstances. As a result, this last year has been filled with events and retreats that I have led on the themes, subjects and teachings in the book.
Now, as 2025 approaches I foresee in the coming months even more heart-based work ahead! It intuitively feels to me that more than ever we need to co-create our rapidly changing future with our hearts protected, yet open, no matter what the circumstances. The mind and the heart combined must guide us through the uncharted path that lies before us. Thus, it feels fitting that my holiday theme again this year is: The Heart of The Holidays!
What that means exactly to each one of us may be something different, but to me it means connecting to the infinite and eternal inner Self where we find the source of limitless peace, joy, and happiness that does not come from external things. This level of joy cannot be weakened, diminished, or taken away by anyone or anything in our lives.
